My newborn sessions are relaxed, baby‑led and focused on your connection as a family. There's no props and no eleborate posing . . . just natural, honest moments in the place your brought your baby home to.

My sessions are calm, unhurried and centred around your family’s rhythm. I guide gently when you need it and step back when moments unfold naturally. There is no pressure to perform or pretend and you honestly don’t need a perfect home, perfect outfits or a perfectly settled baby.
Most families tell me they were surprised by how relaxed it all felt. The cuddles, the tea breaks, the tiny in‑between moments . . . that’s where the magic is. My job is simply to help you feel comfortable enough that those moments can happen.

when to book a newborn shoot
Most families book during pregnancy to secure a date around your due date, but last‑minute sessions are sometimes available.
When you book, we pencil in a photoshoot date around 1-2 weeks after your due date, however this can be moved should baby decide to arrive early or late.

In all honesty, this is usually cuddled up in your arms, or fast asleep on your bed!

Maternity sessions are relaxed, natural and centred around the anticipation of meeting your baby.
You can keep the session just for you and bump, or include your partner, older children or even your family pet. It’s simply about the people who make up your world right now.
It’s a gentle way to honour the incredible thing your body is doing and to remember what life looked like before it changed again.
when to book a maternity shoot
Most families have their maternity session when they are between 28–34 weeks pregnant, but anytime you feel comfortable is perfect.
I recommend getting in touch from around 20 weeks onwards so you have the best chance of securing a date you’d like before your baby arrives.
My approach is calm, supportive, and gently guided.
I never expect you to know what to do . . . that’s my job! I’ll give you simple, natural prompts that help you settle in together without ever feeling posed or awkward.
I’m there to read the room, understand your family’s personalities, and create moments that feel genuine.

Following your newborn session, I’ll gift you the same collection you chose for your maternity photos - completely free. Depending on the collection you choose, that’s a saving of £250–£550!
You book both your maternity and newborn sessions with a £200 session fee. After your maternity session, you simply choose and purchase the photo collection you’d like.

It’s completely normal, so please don't worry. Sessions are baby‑led with plenty of time for feeding, cuddles and settling. If they want to be held the entire time, that is completely fine and actually makes for super cute, snuggly photos.
You don’t need a perfect home. I work with natural light and small pockets of space - and I’ll guide you through everything.
Absolutely! Siblings are always welcome and I work gently around their energy and comfort.
Yes! Definitely! Travel fees are applied if I'm travelling more than 25 miles from the area BN14, which is charged both ways.
The best time for you to book your maternity photoshoot is when you are around 28-34 weeks pregnant. This is generally when your belly is nicely rounded but you are not feeling too uncomfortable.

Absolutely! I know being in front of the camera can feel a little awkward at first, but I’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure you feel comfortable and confident.
I’ll guide you into natural poses, showing you where to stand or sit to make the most of the beautiful light. But more than that, I want to capture the real moments between you, those genuine connections that tell your family love story.
While I’ll be there giving gentle prompts to spark laughter, playfulness, and plenty of cuddles, I’ll also step back to let the magic unfold naturally. My goal is to create a relaxed environment where you can be yourselves, so the photos we capture reflect the love and authenticity of your family.
I require the full session fee & signed contract in order to get a provisional date booked and secured on my calendar. Your chosen photo package can be purchased following your photoshoot once you have received your gallery.
